Extreme Sports
Extreme sports are very dangerous and people who practice them must be in good physical condition, agility and not have heart disease. When doing these things, you feel adrenaline and fear.
People should be encouraged because these sports require a lot of strength to reach the final.
There are many extreme sports including rock climbing, skydiving, skateboarding and the ultra marathons. The latter is very strong because the place where it takes place is very difficult to practice, for example in the desert.

I agree with you Sandy,the extreme sport is very dangerous and the people that practice this sports should be very carefully and have a good condition :D
